We are an independent service (not Government) and we do not talk to or give information to your landlord. There is no cost to use our service.
We can also arrange for an interpreter so we can speak to you in your language if this is easier for you.

The Tenants' Union of NSW also has many fact sheets and other resources (including example letters) to help you. They have resources in a range of languages including Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Thai and more.
